The AI Bottleneck Blueprint · one process, properly chosen
Find the Process Draining the Most Time and Money. Give AI One Controlled Job.
Bring your biggest process problems. Discover how to rank them, choose the one worth fixing first and give AI one controlled job with clear measures and human approval points.
- Rank each bottleneck by time, cost, frequency, delay and risk
- Choose one safe, valuable job for AI to perform
- Set the owner, approval rules and measures for a 30-day test

01
The control problem
The first AI decision is not which tool to buy.
The first decision is which process deserves attention, which part can be delegated safely and where a person must still review, decide or take responsibility.
02
The working method
Make AI earn its place in the process.
Prioritise by time, cost, frequency, delay and risk before choosing any tool. Then give AI one bounded job with a named owner and a measurable result.
- 01Find it
Compare the processes competing for attention.
- 02Cost it
Turn recurring time, delay and risk into a visible baseline.
- 03Map it
Expose the real work before choosing any technology.
- 04Control it
Set the AI job, human decisions and failure boundaries.
- 05Prove it
Run a 30-day test with an owner and measurable result.

What is the process costing now?
Real session structure recreated from the live Blueprint Companion. Your working answers stay in your browser.
Bring one real process
Leave with the decision, not another list of AI tools.
03
Independent client feedback
AGMM's work is reviewed in public.
These reviews concern AGMM's wider client work. They are not presented as feedback from this first public edition of the webinar.

04
The automation boundary
Not everything should be automated.
You will separate repeatable work from judgement, accountability and human care.
Repeatable, high-volume steps
Structured inputs, consistent rules and reversible outputs.
Decisions that need context
AI prepares the evidence. A named person owns the decision.
Trust, care and accountability
People stay responsible where the cost of being wrong matters.
Broken or unnecessary work
Remove the waste before you make it happen faster.
05
Saturday 12 September
Ninety minutes. One break. One controlled plan.
This is a working session, not a presentation. The break has a reason to come back on time.
Choose it
Name the repeated process and compare it against the problems competing for attention.
Cost it
Calculate the annual drag using frequency, time, people and downstream delay.
Break
Submit the bottleneck. Return at 14:47 for the live ranking and the next template.
Map it
Expose the real steps, queues, handoffs, re-entry and decision points.
Control it
Set the AI boundary, human approvals, owner, measure and stop condition.
Prove it
Complete the 30-day pilot plan and choose the first action for Monday.
06
What leaves with you
A decision you can defend. A plan you can start.
- A costed and ranked business bottleneck
- A mapped workflow with waste and handoffs exposed
- An explicit AI automation boundary
- Human approval and escalation rules
- A 30-day pilot with an owner, measure and review point
- The Blueprint Companion and both break-return tools
07
Who this is for
For leaders with a real operational problem.
For founders, directors and operators who can name a process that wastes time, creates risk or slows growth.
Not for people looking for a generic prompt pack, a software demonstration or a list of AI tools.

Straight answers
Before you spend £10 and ninety minutes.
Is this technical?
No. You need to understand the business process, not code. The session uses plain English, visible workflows and controlled decisions.
What should I bring?
Bring one repeated process that wastes time, creates delays, causes mistakes or depends too heavily on one person. You can also bring several candidates and rank them during the session.
Will you tell us to automate everything?
No. You will decide whether each part should be automated, assisted, simplified or kept human. The cost of being wrong matters.
Is this a ninety-minute sales pitch?
No. Your working plan is completed before any optional next step is introduced. There is one optional route for leaders who want AGMM implementation support.
How does the break work?
There is one proper seven-minute break in the middle. Before it you submit an answer, and returning on time unlocks the next template.
What do I leave with?
A costed bottleneck, process map, automation boundary, human approval rules and a 30-day pilot plan held in the Blueprint Companion.
