  1. Roughly how much of your week does this one task eat, in total?
  2. How much does the task actually change each time you do it?
  3. How many people does this task actually involve?
  4. Where does this task actually happen right now?
  5. If this task went wrong one day, how costly would that mistake be?
  6. Be honest: how much appetite do you have to set something up this month?
