Website information
AGMM publishes practical information about AI, software and business operations. It is general information, not legal, financial or regulatory advice. Check decisions that matter to your organisation with an appropriately qualified adviser.
AGMM Auto-Poster
The publisher is an internal tool for authorised AGMM operators. It connects to TikTok only after the operator grants the displayed permissions. Before a post is submitted, the interface shows the connected account, ordered media, caption, privacy level, comment setting and music behaviour. The operator remains responsible for checking the content, permissions and destination.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access the private publisher without permission, bypass safeguards, publish unlawful or misleading material, infringe another person’s rights, or interfere with the website or connected platforms. TikTok use also remains subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies and platform decisions.
Availability and platform decisions
AGMM aims to operate the service carefully but does not promise uninterrupted availability. TikTok and other platforms control authorisation, review, moderation, music availability and whether a post becomes public. A successful upload or API response is not represented as a public post until the public destination has been verified.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, AGMM is not responsible for indirect losses or for a third-party platform’s outage, moderation decision or policy change. If you use the internal publisher without authority, access may be withdrawn immediately.
Changes and law
These terms may change when the service or platform rules change. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. Last updated 1 August 2026.
