About

Three people. One promise: AI thatactually does something.

AGMM & Partners is Sam, Adam and Nelson. Sam and Adam build AI tools that UK trade and construction businesses use every day. Nelson runs the events, and his connections got us the room at Heron House.

The trio · Greater Manchester

Who we are

We build AI for real businesses. Now we're teaching Manchesterhow.

One room, one afternoon, laptops open.

Sam and Adam run AGMM, where they build AI tools that UK trade and construction businesses use every day: QS Quoter, AGMM Roof Quotes and TradeDay. Nelson runs the events, and his connections got us the room at Heron House.

The masterclass exists because of a pattern we kept seeing: business owners are drowning in AI noise and short on anyone who'll just show them, hands-on, what it can do for their business. So that's what we do.

Sam

Co-founder, AGMM

Construction and trades background; now builds AI products for the industry he came from, including QS Quoter, which prices full construction bills of quantities the same day you measure. Teaches the demos and the workshop.

Adam

Co-founder, AGMM

Builds and runs AGMM’s automation work for clients, the "we’ll build it, you only pay if it’s useful" projects. If your automation breaks at the masterclass, he’s the one who fixes it live.

Nelson

Leads events, AGMM & Partners

Runs the room, the venue relationship, and everything that makes 50 people's afternoons run to time. His connections secured the room at Heron House.

Surname and full background to follow, Sam is confirming these before launch.

Most AI events are a sales pitch or a lecture. We'd rather sit down andbuild one with you, then hand you the plan to keep going.

Why Manchester

Because it's home, and the gap is real.

London has more AI events than free evenings; up here, most of what's on offer is either a sales pitch or a lecture. Manchester's full of businesses that would save serious time with automation, they've just never had someone sit down and build one with them. That's a fixable problem, and it takes about half a day per business to fix.

GM Digital Security Hub · Heron House

The room

The GM Digital Security Hub at Heron House is two minutes from St Peter's Square, purpose-built for exactly this kind of session, and big enough for a 50-seat working room. Nelson's connections got us in the door.

More on the DiSH relationship to follow, Sam is confirming the detail worth telling before launch.

What we've built

The products pay the bills, and they keep us honest.

Everything we teach is something we've already had to make work in a live product with real users. If it doesn't work in the real world, it doesn't make the syllabus.

A Stockport builder was paying £300 a time and waiting up to a week for every job to be priced. We built him a system that does it the same day, for about a tenth of the cost.

Client resultAGMM automation work

That's the standard the masterclass is taught to.

Keep learning

Everything we teach, free to read any time

The masterclass is hands-on, but the thinking behind it lives in the Learn hub any time: guides, tools and courses on AI and automation, including Give your AI a brain, our course on making AI actually useful for your business.

Come and see it for yourself.

Thu 13 August, 10:00–15:00, Heron House, Manchester. Bring a laptop, leave with automations. Tickets are normally £20; this one's free to launch the series.
